How Permits Work - If your city requires a permit, we provide a fully stamped Engineering Packet that covers the structural details of the deck. You simply take this packet to your municipal office to apply. Please note that site-specific requirements—such as a site plan, survey, or geotech report—are the homeowner's responsibility.
If you prefer a hands-off experience, we can create a site plan for you for an additional fee, though many customers choose to do this themselves to save money.
